The band with the strangest name in Metal history have returned with their latest offering, Tinnitus Sanctus; an album fierce and wondrous with everything you’d expect and more from these German lads. As the need for more Metal in the proverbial diets of headbangers around the world increases, Germany’s Edguy are most definitely a main course on the menu. I recently had the opportunity to speak with guitarist Jens Ludwig about the new CD or in this case CD’s, as they are also promoting a singles collection from the past few albums.
